Born in North Wales, Pennsylvania, I've expanded my concept of 'home' through living and growing into adulthood in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and New York City. All of these places have deeply shaped the person I am today.

I'm most interested in the topics of cities, culture, creativity, consciousness, activism, storytelling, and business innovation. I'm passionate about the ways they can be leveraged to create a thriving future for all humans - especially marginalized communities of women, people of color, and the LGBTQIA community. 

I'm most joyful when riding my bike, dabbling in creative projects, being with community, experiencing live music, hiking, and exploring new geographies and cultures. I've road tripped across the United States experiencing 40+ U.S. states, and have explored cities and countrysides in Sweden, Mexico, England, France, Germany, Italy, China, Russia, Denmark, Holland, Canada, and more each year. 

I currently live in Fishtown, Philadelphia with my wife and Boston Terrier.
